The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role towards owning and delivering successful hiring targets, ranging from front-line employees (volume hiring) and helping to further grow the corporate-level management team.

As Program Recruiting Lead, You Will…Manage multiple requisitions inclusive of the inflow of applicantsEvaluate and select appropriate candidates to enter and complete the interview processConduct interview/video interviews with candidates to assess their cultural fit, overall abilities, potential and fit for the rolePossess the discretion to make subjective assessment of candidatesRecommend or dismiss a candidate based on independent judgmentConduct interviews for company roles that are substantial and impactful to the overall business performanceInterpret and contribute to the standards provided for candidates to be judged upon, and come up with creative solutions to discover/uncover these attributes or find and create comparative standards that will achieve the same end resultRequirementsAs Program Recruiting Lead, You Have…High school diploma or equivalent (required)3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment or related industryExperience with HR policies/working within HR teams (preferred)An operational background within a contact center environment (an asset)Familiarity with an online Applicant Tracking System (an asset)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, sometimes hectic, changing environment, while adapting to innovationAbility to organize and follow-up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timelinessAbility to adhere to all organizational policies and proceduresAbility to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization, build relationships, and drive influence with a variety of people from diverse backgroundsAdept skills in advertising, social media, presentations, internet groups, and current relationships to help create candidate pipelines to meet the company’s goalsEffective skills in goal setting, planning, and monitoring of all resultsAbility to be resourceful and can find the perfect candidates fit for our cultureExcellent attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills By signing this application, the applicant consents to 24-7 Intouch collecting, using and retaining his Her personal information for purposes relating to the application process and if hired, the employment relationship.Any and all personal information collected is held in the strictest confidence and in accordance with all applicable Privacy Laws.
