Adecco is currently assisting a local client, recruiting for Technical Recruiter, these position is Temp to hired opportunity.

The main responsibility of a Senior Technical Recruiter is to seek out talent, interview candidates and assist in the hiring process.

They must analyze the operations of the business to determine which departments benefit from additional staff.

A Technical Recruiter must be very skilled at finding talented individuals to meet a company’s needs.

This will require to be active on social media forums, attend career fairs, make cold calls, visit local college campuses or universities and any other creative methods they can conceive of to locate qualified individuals.

Recruiters are often competing for the same candidates so being charismatic and fostering a good relationship with these potential employees is very important.

Essential Functions Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the needs of their respective departments.

Stay abreast to all networking events and latest recruiting trends Create, implement and maintain a talent acquisition strategy that will encompass a variety of recruitment resources including strategic job postings, websites, newspaper and periodicals, social media and others.

Source passive and active candidates from a variety of channels.

Ensure efficient candidate workflow.

Coordinate in-house interviews for hiring managers and present candidate feedback Run and present data reports.

Manage and support essential programs.

Ability to prioritize tasks Interview and Hire Talent Must have knowledge of interview techniques and be good at reading people Maintain Candidate Database of potential candidates in order to provide assigned departments with a healthy pool of qualified applicants.

Document any phone calls, emails or other correspondence they may have with a possible employee and note which candidate would be best for a particular position.

Must be exceptional communicator and great negotiator.

Organized and have an eye for detail.

A pleasant personality and being driven to succeed are important factors.
