Essential Functions Superb organizational ability to manage executive office time and overall productivity Coordinate executive communications, including taking/routing calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients Adept at managing travel itineraries, coordinating and making arrangements Serves as principal administrative contact and liaison for executive with internal executives and external vendor/partners Agile and possess outstanding problem solving skills Ability to evaluate assignments, prioritizing and delegating when needed to achieve results Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact and influence at the most senior levels Serves as important connection between executives and competing priorities Perform special projects as requested by executive Ability to think critically while balancing multiple programs/initiatives Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Coordinates calendar(s), schedules meetings and makes travel arrangements.

Uses customer service skills and critical thinking in managing phone calls.

Prepares and processes various forms, such as expense reports, purchase requisitions, disbursement requests, travel authorizations and other similar electronic or manual forms.

Physical Requirements Work requires frequent walking, standing and prolonged sitting.

Work requires lifting up to 15 pounds.

Education, Experience and Certifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree preferred.

2 years secretarial experience required, minimum of 4 years of experience supporting executive level management, strongly preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with an ability to become familiar with additional programs and software.

Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

Exceptional interpersonal skills.
