ADP Payroll Administrator

This is a Contract position in Thompsons Station, TN posted September 29, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a Elizabeth, NJ client seeking an experienced Payroll professional, specializing in ADP to work onsite in a hybrid capacity at one of there leading industrial clients.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator: The Payroll Administrator would handle the weekly processing of the hourly employees payroll as well and any changes or updated to the ADP files As part of the payroll side of the responsibilities, the Payroll Administrator will run various ADP reports for the plant controllers and HR associates for their analysis and reporting The Payroll Administrator will also be responsible for a handful of accounting type responsibilities Backlog reporting, issuance and tracking of PO numbers Minor sales reporting Payroll journal entries and tie in to Corp Advices, and a few other minor tasks as needed Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: ADP Workforce Now To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
