The Director of Global Payroll will be a key liaison between Accounting, HR, Legal, Stock Administration and Tax.

You’ll be involved in projects to streamline and enhance Anaplan’s global payroll function.

You will also:Own and oversee global payroll.

Leading payroll team, oversee US, Canada and APAC payrolls and partner closely with EMEA Payroll team.Lead the international payroll transformation efforts, including system implementation and integrations for global payroll solution.Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely, including all compliance and tax filings.Work closely with the company’s internal and external business partners to proactively manage the payroll function.Ensure internal controls and procedures are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).Implement best practices with effective SOX controls and assist with automation of routine work streams and manual processes.Prepare essential month end and quarter end reconciliations of payroll data and respond to data requests from our trusted business partners.Assist with data integration enhancements to support timely and accurate data processing.Your qualifications, your influenceTo be successful in the role, you must possess the following skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar preferred.12+ years of experience of end-to-end payroll processing in a publicly traded company.Strong working knowledge and experience with stock options, RSUs and ESPP.

Performance equity a plus.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information.Able to work independently and effectively with a range of individuals.Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.Strong Excel, analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail required.Strong customer focus, organization skills, work ethic, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with ADP WorkforceNow and Workday preferred.
