Assistant Manager, Payroll Implementation

This is a Contract position in Cockeysville, MD posted June 9, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of an Assistant Manager, Payroll Implementation in Cockeysville, MD. Key Tasks: Responsible for successfully completing the implementation process for new clients: Company level information setup and changes as needed Employee level information setup and changes as needed Year-to-date wage entry and reconciliation Website setup Report setup Setup of other services such as Accruals, GL, etc. Coordination of ancillary services such as 360, MKT, etc. Adhere to the implementation timeline; reset expectations as needed Responsible for processing payrolls timely and accurately for all assigned clients Responsible for backing up the Payroll Implementation Coordinator Job Requirements:REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of relevant work experience 5+ years of Payroll experience required Payroll service bureau experience preferred Payroll implementation experience preferred Strong computer/systems preferred Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
