Responsibilities & Duties: WHAT YOU’LL DOAs a member of the Global Recruiting team, the Recruiting Associate will provide administrative support to the Consultant Recruiting team.

The Recruiting Associate will assist in the planning and execution of global campus Summer Associate (SA) and Consultant (CON) and recruiting efforts across core MBA Campuses.Event Planning and ExecutionPlan global events for Consultants and Summer Associates at targeted business schools Coordinate event invites, student sign up, scheduling and RSVPsAttend recruiting events (live and virtual) and execute event details Work with team and global office recruiters to assist with logistics for interview days including screening logistics, scheduling students, interview communications, etc.

Maintain regular communication with other Bain offices regarding logistics for marketing and interviewing events and act as the on-site coordinator/representative Relationship ManagementSupport relationship management process, focusing on identification of priority recruits and facilitating connections with Bain employees during the full recruiting cycle Communicate & correspond with recruits on a regular basis.

Maintain incoming inquiries, applications, and generate appropriate responses in a timely mannerSupport On-Campus Reps with coffee chat set up and data trackingSupport regular communication with Bain offices regarding recruits interest and desire to connect with local offices Support external marketing communications with School Career Development Offices and Clubs including email campaigns, invitations, campus flyers and room bookings on campusAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport global engagement team to create and execute recruiting initiatives that span across multiple MBA programsSupport the broader Global Recruiting team by participating in centralized projectsProvide clear, timely responses to consulting staff involved in recruiting (e.g., interviewer schedules, managing commitments, recruiting events)Utilize recruiting system (Avature) for data entry, event management & reporting in a timely & accurate mannerAssist with recruit expense reimbursements as neededAttend team meetings and support follow-up action items as necessaryAssist in evaluation of recruiting performance, including collecting/assembling data and assisting with analyses as directedPerform other administrative duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate Qualifications: ABOUT YOUAssociate or Bachelors degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceOutstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, customer service skills Ability to demonstrate good judgment and handle highly confidential information in a professional manner while working in a fast-paced and changing environment Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams while producing zero defect workAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS and database skillsFlexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as neededApplicant must have received, or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, and be fully vaccinated (established 2 weeks following final shot) by date of employment with Bain & Company to be considered for U.S.-based job subject to required accommodation processABOUT USBain & Company is a global consultancy that helps the worlds most ambitious change makers define the future.Across 63 offices in 38 countries, we work alongside our clients as one team with a shared ambition to achieve extraordinary results, outperform the competition, and redefine industries.
