Join our team ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Creates and ensures a fun-filled and exciting environment where the execution of “Fast and Flawless” service is paramount.

Provides timely, accurate and courteous beverage service to all guests while maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment.

Follows all cash handling procedures as described in department specific cash handling procedures and internal controls.

Assures all drink requests are properly rung on MICROS systems.

Adheres to all service standards.

Abides all laws pertaining to service and sale of alcoholic beverages as provided in property alcohol management program.

Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.

Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.

Performs all related duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior restaurant experience required.

2 years service experience preferred.

Knowledge of all drinks, recipes and garnishes.

Ability to be flexible with schedule to include nights, holidays and weekends.

Follows uniform guidelines.

Clean and neat appearance.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

JOB DEMANDS: Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Position requires 10% standing, 90% walking.

Requires some pushing and twisting.

Requires frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching above and below shoulders.

Must be able to respond to touch, speech, smell, aural and visual cues.

Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 10 (ten) hours in length.

Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment involving constant internal and external customer contact.
