Job SummaryThe Onsite Manager will manage, lead and develop the onsite operations. The Onsite Manager should have superior customer service skills to partner with end users at our customer. As an Onsite Manager, the employee is responsible for managing the overall mission of maintaining a focus on retention, employee engagement, and customer service.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop, maintain and build strong working relationships with all levels of management and employeesConduct employee orientation process for applicants to fill open positions supported by a team of recruitersManage, address, and respond to issues regarding attendance, performance and disciplinary action as neededAccurately maintain employee filesCoordinate events focused on employee engagement and recognitionCheck in with management and office team daily to discuss staffing needsAccurately track and manage new hire data and turnoverPeriodic travel within the locations locally, unemployment hearings, job fairs etc.Periodic ability to work flexible hours outside of normal scheduled work week when need arisesCoordinating temporary staffing needsDaily scheduling of temporariesChecking in temporary employeesInterfacing with Safety Teams, Supervisors, Managers, Human ResourcesPerform on-premise client GMP training and processesOnboarding new temporary associates, including HW training and orientationTime and attendance maintenanceSafety enforcementEmployee counseling and disciplinary enforcementParticipate in Safety, Production, Human Resource and Staffing Partner meetingsAdditional duties as requiredEmployee ManagementManage temporary employees responsibilities through quality control procedures (key performance indicators)Support recruitment efforts; Create recruitment strategies to meet the clients demands of a contingent workforce. Adapt as necessary to meet client needsMonitor placement ratio and headcount of staff; Identify areas for improvementLead by example while maintaining a focus on recruitment strategies, recruitment results, compliance, efficiency, and qualityConduct staff meetings daily and weeklyClient ManagementFocus activities on client staffing needs through active management of open ordersAddress complaints and problems and ensure all parties are satisfied with the resultsAnalyze, interpret and verify information, including fill/refill ratios and turnover ratios, in order to provide feedback with recommendations to our clientPerform ad-hoc research requests for clients as neededMaintain constant communications with clients through quality checks in calls, meetings and quality surveysAssist Senior Management with client reporting, presentations, and/or Quarterly Business ReviewsAdministrationActive participation in HW Unemployment process including but not limited to; Assignment offers, Refusal of work documentation, UE audit calls, attending protests and phone hearings, reassign candidates, etc.Support standard operating proceduresApplicant Screening ProcessHW Safety Program/GMP TrainingMetric DashboardsBest PracticesAdminister retention and other value-add programs upon requestMinimum RequirementsManagement, Human Resources or equivalent staffing industry experience preferredOSHA 10 or other Safety Training a plusFood manufacturing experience a plusA proven focus on customer relationships and employee engagementThe ability to read, analyze and interpret general business reports, professional documents, rules and regulationsAbility to use a computer, with a general understanding of Microsoft Office products, including, MS Word, MS Excel and MS OutlookExcellent communication and customer service skillsBilingual Spanish is a must
