Our company is seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team This position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for the company including active and passive sourcing. This position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Bucks County, PA and may involve some light travel up to 25%. We offer a comprehensive medical/dental benefits package as well as paid time off and incentive opportunities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: § Administer full recruitment cycle for the company with a strong emphasis on sales staffing needs. § Pre-screen and interview potential candidates via phone, video conferencing and in person. § Attend local job fairs and develop relationships with various universities, community colleges and organizations in order to increase candidate pipeline . § Work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates. § Arrange management interviews with selected candidates by coordinating various schedules. § Ensure efficiency in time to hire is maintained, while maintaining a high level of accuracy within Applicant Tracking System. § Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent. § Initiate and manage job postings in various media outlets including corporate website, social media platforms and job boards as well as internal communications. § Source passive candidates through online resume databases, recruiting software database and social media. § Document and track statistics and data pertinent to each job requisition within Applicant Tracking System and tracking sheets. § Prepare offer letters and initiate appropriate onboarding materials for new hires. § Work in partnership with other members of HR and payroll department to ensure a smooth transition for the new hire. § Update Recruiting Director regularly on all above responsibilities. EOE Education and/or Experience: § Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. § 5 years of experience administering full life-cycle recruitment preferably for a multi-site/state organization. § Sales recruiting experience preferred. § Staffing Agency experience highly desired. § Bilingual in Spanish required. Skills: § Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. § Strong sense of urgency with the ability to manager multiple priorities at once. § Demonstrated customer service skills. § Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of recruitment activity with schedule requirements. § Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure best recruitment service is delivered. § Ability to work independently within a team environment, using own initiative and problem solving skills. § Ability to process paperwork in a timely manner. § Sufficient typing skills to help complete reports and memos to field personnel. § Basic knowledge of Federal Employment Law.
