Role Summary:

We are hiring a Campus Recruitment Manager based in New York, NY who will be focused on operational delivery and responsible for their team’s achievement of recruitment delivery targets and Service Level Agreements, whilst successfully achieving the agreed operational processes and working within budget. This is a permanent position with AMS supporting our Banking client delivering expert support to their Talent Acquisition function.

As a Campus Recruitment Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts and driving client satisfaction. This will be a region-aligned management position and you will operationally manage the delivery teams in the US to high levels of service excellence. You will engage with client stakeholders as part of this role and ensure the team is focused on delivering a service that will exceed expectation across the client’s hiring community. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the team’s development, engagement and performance.

What you will do:

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Oversight of operational delivery of aligned Campus programs within a specific region and client sector
  • Ensure effective and efficient intern and graduate campaign delivery from multiple geographical sites including managing remote teams that can scale up and down during the course of the year
  • You will monitor and achieve account’s targets and SLAs (for example, effectiveness, timeliness, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services & customer satisfaction) as defined by the Client Director and account leadership team
  • Lead and monitor the team’s delivery of the best practice operating model for the account (including; campaign planning, pipeline management, recruitment delivery, stakeholder management)
  • Drive team activities and focus to ensure customer satisfaction (client recruiters, client stakeholders, candidates and suppliers) is a key consideration at all times
  • Consult with the client on best-practice selection, recruitment and talent pooling strategies as well as defining strategy objectives for Campus recruitment campaigns bringing in market insight and innovation
  • Work closely with client teams to ensure the AMS team are custodians of clients EVP ensuring the proposition conveyed is compelling across the recruitment life cycle
  • Manage a team (e.g. Coordinators that are working from various client offices) to achieve delivery targets and contractual SLAs by providing direction, performance management to include objectives and development plans, training interventions and continual feedback on progress

Position Requirements

What we need from you:

  • You’ll need to have 8+ years of proven track-record experience managing a Campus Recruitment team ideally from the Financial Services/Banking industry
  • Experience of developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes (i.e. decreased time to hire, increased quality of hire)
  • Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree a change of direction or new process
  • Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Experienced at producing business orientated management information and interpreting this to draw conclusions / make recommendations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
