Campus Recruitment Specialist – Remote


This is a Full-time position in Milwaukee, WI, United States, WI posted February 23, 2021.

Responsible for providing human resources support including but not limited to company policies, recruiting, onboarding, providing employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems: (e.g., investigations, mediations, progressive discipline, employment terminations, etc.).**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:**Minimum Requirements**:
– Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
– May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
– Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.
– General application of concepts & principles.
– Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
– Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
– Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.
– Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
– Provides information and assistance to employees, job applicants, and management, concerning human resource policies and procedures
– Responsible for the intake of employee relations, performance management, leave and accommodation management
– Communicates policy and procedures as related to the employee handbook and other governing resources
– Ensures compliance with EEO and ADA requirements
– Responsible for numerous weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including but not limited to turnover, applicant flow, and other key performance indicators associated with ongoing employment data
– Directs recruitment and hiring efforts to ensure compliance with MAXIMUS policies and contract requirements
– Provides assistance in conducting New Hire Orientations and coordinates completion of new hire I-9 work authorization with management and/or supervisors
– Maintains compliance in areas related to I-9 reporting, State/Federal regulated postings, and AAP auditing
– Ensures completion of all assigned corporate training and acknowledgement requirements for supported population
– Responsible for the processing and monitoring of personnel changes including, but not limited to, internal transfers and supervisor changes
– Monitors systems to identify trends to determine if actions are necessary
– Maintains and audits personnel data including employment records and other pertinent information
– Assists with establishing and overseeing the (annual) performance evaluation process
– Provides administrative support to Human Resources department as needed
