Client Resources Assistant

This is a Contract position in Piedmont, SC posted February 26, 2021.

General internal tasks of the client resources department in a fast paced, high workload environment: Digital filing Group email monitoring/forwarding/coordination Order tracker updates Order peer checks Other tasks and duties as assigned/as needed Basic customer communications Sending confirmations Sending invoices/shipping documents Revision Requests follow up/revision tracker Phone Handling: Ensuring that customers and other callers have a pleasant and consistent experience and are left with a positive impression of TransTech Routing Phone Calls Taking Messages Qualifications 2 years of experience: Computer Skills: must be proficient in general computer skills Required: Windows Outlook Excel (medium proficiency) Preferred, but not required if general computer skills are advanced/proficient ERP or SAP system Phone system – Teams, or similar Communication skills Experience in using phone systems, handling general phone calls/messages. Extremely Effective and professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills Capable of completing tasks in a fast-paced environment quickly and accurately Customer facing experience: customer service experience or client/customer facing position experience preferred Excellent Time Management – Keeping self and records organized so as to maximize prioritization skills in order to maintain a sense of urgency with an appropriate focus on details . Self-Motivated High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
