Indiana University Health is looking for hardworking and customer service focused professionals to join our Compensationteam!This part time position assists and provides support to Compensationteam members with HR administrative processes as assigned. Manages reports, spreadsheets, and other special projects that may require working with complex and high volume data. Maintains confidentiality of employee data and sensitive Human Resources issues. Please contact us to request accommodation.Qualifications for the Compensation Part Time Human Resources Specialist RoleHigh School Diploma/GED required.Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.One to three years of job related experience in a confidential environment preferred.Previous Human Resource experience preferred.Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.Knowledge and understanding of regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).Basic proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
