Come celebrate with us We are growing43 stores across WI, IL, IA, MI Apply here or by texting BFF to 97211 Responsibilities As a Contract Recruiter you will be responsible for managing all recruiting efforts for designated Store Positions: including but not limited to, Store Managerment Trainee, Service Center Positions and other recruiting efforts where needed. The successful Recruiter will build relationships with candidates and internal business units to build a network of candidates. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partners with the hiring manager, Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner in the recruitment and selection process. Sourcing candidates by utilizing various methods (i.e., networking, referrals, online searches, internet postings, job/career fairs, local colleges, user/technical groups, etc.). Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and conduct in-depth screening of perspective applicants. Uses company applicant tracking system for tracking, candidate management and reporting. Assist Talent Acquisition team with special projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or business related field preferred (equivalent work experience will be considered). Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting in a corporate office or staffing agency environment Experience recruiting using multiple sources to recruit. Knowledge and experience using internet recruiting sites is required. Deep experience using social media (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and online recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn, etc) to identify, source and recruit talent. Strong behaviorally based interview skills Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Customer service skills, ability to work independently, demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, follow-through, problem solving and marketing skills are required. Must be self-motivated, well organized, results oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
