Our client, a fantastic Commercial Real Estate firm, is looking for a contract Recruiter to join their team immediately. As the contract Recruiter you will be responsible for 10+ requisitions throughout the US. Previous experience recruiting in real estate is ideal. Candidates with experience in Workday and Jobvite strongly desired. These roles will range from entry level office, tenant coordinator roles all the way up to Real Estate Attorneys and Financial Analysts. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and will partner with hiring managers throughout the organization to kick off searches and develop relationships with hiring managers. We are also looking for candidates who can bring fresh ideas and best practices to the talent acquisition team. The client is open to both remote and in house candidates and there is a chance for the right person that this role could go full time if you live in either Los Angeles or San Francisco. Salary range up to $120 for a senior level candidate. 

Your responsibilities

– Supporting new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

– Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements

– Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

– Capitalizing on digital recruiting resources

– Creating internal recommendations

– Conducting interviews

– Carrying out various administrative duties

Job Requirements:
– Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

– Sourcing recruitment experience

– Adeptness in Talent Acquisition

– Workday experience

– Corporate Recruiting experience

– Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Pipeline

– Jobvite experience desired

– Full Cycle Recruiting experience

– 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

– Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

– In this position, you will absolutely need proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

– Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

– Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
