This innovative strategic partnership is designed to combine the strengths and expertise of two companies to advance the promise of an immunotherapy CAR T platform and investigational treatment.Major ResponsibilitiesConduct high volume full-cycle recruitment activities to ensure successful Talent Acquisition from a technical and cultural perspective Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs Partner with Hiring Managers to lead recruitment process for active open positions Develop recruiting channels to effectively perform searches for qualified candidates Promote the company’s brand and image through talent acquisition activities Establish and/or maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, candidate pool, and Talent Acquisition team member; influencing best practice recruitment processes and strategies Requirements Bachelor degree is required1+ years of previous experience as a recruiter, experience recruiting within one or any of the following areas: Research & Development, Clinical Development, Pharmaceutical/Biologics Manufacturing, MD, commercial is preferred High volume recruiting experience Knowledge of Employment and EEO laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective relationships Ability to influence goals, objectives and deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
