– DURING EAST COAST BUSINESS HOURS Our firm, BD Strategy Partners, is looking for aAContract Sales Recruiter with strong business acumen to help us continue to grow our business by supporting our existing clients.

Please note this is a remote position working for a NJ-based company.AWe pride ourselves on common sense work flexibility and foster a very positive work-life balance culture.AWe are looking for this contract recruiter to work about 30 (give or take) hours per week, 4 or 5 days per week, during east coast business hours.BD Strategy Partners focuses on helping our clients recruit and hire top sales talent and executives across an organization.

Our two founders have over 25 years of recruiting and sales leadership experience at leading software companies (salesforce, LinkedIn, LexisNexis, Thomson Reuters).

This extensive experience finding, interviewing, and assessing sales talent at all levels from most geographic regions in the US is what sets us apart from other firms.

And our commitment to excellent service has helped us expand our relationships with our existing clients to the point where they are asking us to help them with non-sales roles.

Compensation: A fixed hourly rate plus commissions on successful placements of candidatesJobAResponsibilities:Source candidates using specific search criteria through various search tools and candidate databases.AAEngage with candidates via phone and email to start the candidate qualification processSchedule candidates with clientsStay involved in the interview process passing on feedback from clients to candidates and vice versaKeep internal systems up to date on candidate status and job status, etcIf interested: Special projects helping the CEO find and research new business opportunities and if you are interested in business development, get more involved in bringing on new clientsIf interested: Assist with marketing-related projects which may include maintaining our marketing database, sending out new marketing content, writing job descriptions, and posting jobsPreferred or Required Skills and Experience:Recruiting or software sales experience is required (3 years)AThis is a remote work from home role so the ability to work independently is requiredFamiliarity with sophisticated ‘key word’ search candidate sourcing tools and CRM type systems are requiredStrong organization skills with the ability to multi-taskExcellent communication skills
