Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sr. Recruiter in Spartanburg, SC . The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for finding prospective employees for various clients across multiple industries. You will be able to help job seekers establish a long-term career in the industry of their dreams. As a Sr. Recruiter , you will take an active role in helping to train new employees and communicating directly with clients.

Responsibilities of a Sr. Recruiter:

  • Plans and fills recruiting requisitions by meeting with managers to discuss recruitment needs.
  • Works directly with clients to determine current and upcoming needs.
  • Skill markets top candidates to branch manager and prospective clients.
  • Fills a variety of positions across multiple industries, including direct hire, contract to hire, or temporary positions.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, social media, job boards, and other internet sites.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using various means, such as social media and job sites.
  • Contacts potential applicants through various means, including phone, text, email, social media, or job boarding messaging
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviews applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Arranges candidate interviews or tours by coordinating with management schedules; may escort applicants to client sites.
  • Completes new hire orientations and employee onboarding.
  • Participates in branch job fairs.
  • Meets weekly KPI targets.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Assists Branch Manager with training new employees on day to day processes.
