Versar is looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our company. Job Responsibilities: Provide full life-cycle recruiting support, to include sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Administer the Recruitment ATS via ADP, review and post all job requisitions, and manage applicant workflow. Source candidates using a variety of methodologies, including referrals, job boards, internal database, etc. Source passive candidates for high-priority and contingent job requisitions. Support Business Groups with incumbent capture and development and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for upcoming opportunities. Communicate with hiring manager on the status of requisitions, candidate quality and candidate pipeline. Provide timely and consistent feedback and recommendations on candidate. Maintain contact with hard to find skilled candidates using various communication techniques to keep the candidates interested in the Company. Recommend outside-the-box recruiting approaches and outreach strategies to develop and maintain future candidates, source for vacancies, and support proposals. Collaborate with hiring managers to create and review employment requisitions and develop staffing plans. Screen talent to ensure candidates are qualified, cultural fits, and fully vetted for their interest in the role. Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities. Initiate clearance verification as required of cleared candidates during interview stages prior to submission to customers/primes. Work with Security and Managers to track clearance status.Requirements: Bachelor’s (or equivalent) with 4-6 years of senior level, full life cycle recruiting experience. Experience using and administering an Applicant Tracking Systems, ADP WFN experience preferred. Successful track record of recruiting qualified candidates in government contracting industry with ability to manage 20-30+ active requisitions. Experience recruiting for proposals, contingent hires, incumbent captures, and international positions. Experience recruiting for a wide variety of technical disciplines including corporate, engineering, construction, security and environmental. Experience using a variety of recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, Zip Recruiter, CareerBuilder, Dice, cleared networks, etc.) Knowledge of diverse sourcing methods, techniques, and resources to identify passive candidates. Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously and meet quick turn-around requirements filling positions within 10 days, etc. Ability to adapt and be flexible amid shifting requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proactive attitude, and ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if needed.
