Job Designation The Recruiter/HR Assistantsupports recruiting and the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Actively seeks and contacts qualified candidates, posts position requisitions, arrange interviews, create offer letters, coordinates background checks and other HR administrative duties, while aligning tasks with the teams goals and business objectives.

Job Core Responsibilities Load new job requisitions in UKG Pro HRIS recruiting portal, forwarding to hiring manager and others for approval, posting positions to internal/external sites, agencies etc.

Actively search, contact and recruit qualified candidates Create partnerships with local colleges and technical schools to recruit recent graduates Check daily for new applications received for open positions, forwarding them to appropriate hiring managers for review Monitor requisitions daily, recording any notations from hiring managers and dispositioning candidates as needed (disqualify, interview, offer, etc.) Update/revise existing job descriptions and assist Mangers in creating new job descriptions, if needed Coordinate background checks and drug screens after offer acceptance Run E-Verify on new employees to confirm work authorization Other duties as assigned Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations.

Experience: 4 or more years of relevant recruiting experience Skills: Knowledge and experience in Human Resources processes Pleasant, reliable, professional demeanor and appearance Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize with changing situations Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion Working knowledge -Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Access Experience with UKG Pro (Ultimate Software) HRIS system a plus Job Location 296 Brogdon Road Suwanee GA 30024 This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
