Corporate Recruiter / HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Chartwell Staffing Solutions,one of the top 10 privately-owned staffing agencies in the US, seeks a motivated Corporate Recruiter with strong sourcing skillsto recruit, hire and onboard staff for our company.

This is a full-time corporate recruiting opportunity where you will earn up to $60,000 per year, depending on your experience.

As our Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will perform full life cycle recruiting for our internal openings and will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community .

This includes: Guiding candidates through the Chartwell’s selection and onboarding process.

Writing complete and detailed intake documents and ensuring candidates understand job responsibilities and required skills.

Partnering with hiring managers to implement new sourcing techniques, when needed.

Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.

Preparing candidates to interview with our hiring managers and extending employment offers to candidates.

Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

Maintaining accurate documentation on all candidates and searches.

To qualify, you must have at least three (3) years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in the staffing industry, and: The ability to handle a broad range of high-volume recruiting with multiple managers across multiple locations.

The ability to work with managers to establish staffing plans in anticipation of new business.

Prior experience in life cycle recruiting components such as sourcing, qualifying and assessing candidates, networking, compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends and relationship management.

The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
