As a CDK Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll make an impact by enabling the acquisition of top talent and contributing to the growth of our organization. As a TA Partner, you’ll have a vital role performing full life cycle recruiting including attracting, engaging, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with our teams and business leaders to execute on key hiring strategies and pipeline a diverse pool of candidates for future positions. Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed recruiting targets, develop relationships, and execute effective recruiting strategies in line with our talent priorities.


An ideal candidate for this role will be people focused and execution driven, with a passion for creating possibilities in everything we do.


Position Responsibilities & Essential functions


  • Build and maintain successful relationships and strategic partnerships with manager, director, and VP level leaders.
  • Find, attract and engage active and passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, branding, referrals and social media channels resulting in healthy candidate pipelines and efficient hiring practices.
  • Leverage data to manage personal metrics effectively and inform actionable insights with regards to requisition management, candidate experience and talent attraction strategies.
  • Create and own an exceptional candidate experience, consistently identifying ways to improve the experience and build stronger pipelines.
  • Actively seek feedback from colleagues, leaders, and HR partners and be open to alternative ways of working.
  • Participate in business specific and/or enterprise talent projects or initiatives



Qualifications & Job Requirements


  • 3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience within a single or various corporate functions (e.g. Ops, sales, corporate, executive, finance, legal).
  • Ability to utilize, grow, and maintain a strong candidate network leveraging multiple channels including direct engagement, social media, and candidate databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Articulate and professional phone skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
  • Experience using Workday Recruiting preferred
