This position is responsible for delivering full life cycle of recruiting services to support all staffing needs for all locations across the company.

The position will conduct in-depth requisition intake meetings, market, recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure that only highly qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.

This position will also be responsible for developing campaigns for recruitment.

The goal of this role is to enhance both the recruiting function across the company as well as providing an exceptional candidate experience.

The position will also be expected to attend career fairs, compile market intelligence and manage various data for leadership decisions.The Recruitment Coordinator & Specialist will be pivotal in driving the social media presence to compliment the broader recruitment marketing and social strategy.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and take full ownership of the job descriptions within the company, to be the expert within the teamManage the entire recruiting process for a variety of requisitions, including; sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, soliciting feedback, communicating status to candidates, coordinating offers and onboarding.Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through network and research.Help define on-going recruitment strategies across the company as well as provide feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations.Post and manage job advertisements across all channels and target sources to attract target candidate audienceRespond to inquiries from candidates and employees, hiring managers, and recruitment partners in a professional and timely mannerSearches resume database sites, including colleges and social media channels for candidates and contact them regarding available positionsKey CompetenciesAbility to multi-task, manage time, and balance a range of tasksOrganization, ability to prioritize and attention to detailConfident communicator with all levels of staff, strong negotiatorA creative approach to solving problemsHigh level of discretionCustomer focus and dedication to achieving the best possible recruitment serviceSelf-motivated and driven to succeed with a proactive work ethicSolution focused attitudeEducation and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or qualified work experienceExperience or knowledge of the Aviation Industry a plus2-4 years in a service or administrative role, preferably in Recruiting or Human Resources2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced environmentIT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office SuiteRecruiting experience in screening applicants and proactive sourcing techniques and approachesExperienced with social media platformsCollaborate with leadership and hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and team goals.Provide thorough communication and updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Continuously strive to improve the recruiting processes and up-level the teamHelp define on-going recruitment strategies across the company as well as provide feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations.Stay up to speed with recruiting tools and resources, industry trends and market hiring and salary trends to better understand our competitive landscape.Supervise and drive the interview process including job descriptions, interview plans, reference checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.Create and organize external recruiting sources and events to generate a pipeline of candidates for current and future job opportunities.Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to include EEO guidelines.QualificationsPassionate about ” Relationship-driven” recruiting and a demonstrated ability to build long-term relationships with prospective candidatesImpeccable follow up and attention to detail; comfortable handling a robust pipeline of candidates and juggling multiple prioritiesMust be able to work outside of normal work hours if neededOther RequirementsAbility to pass background / drug-screening test.Clean driving record.Ideal candidate will have the following work stylesBeing pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitudeBeing reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligationsAttention to detailMaintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior even in very difficult situation.A willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.Being sensitive to others’ needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.Developing one’s own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision, and depending on oneself to get things done.Persistence in the face of obstacles
