– Wilsonville or Fremont, CA Job Category: Human Resources PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE BASED IN WILSONVILLE, OREGON OR FREMONT, CALIFORNIA Talent Acquisition Data Analyst This role will provide oversight of the many business reporting needs within our Global Talent Acquisition department, providing needed and requested reports, metrics, analysis and data management.

As we are migrating most of our data systems (HRIS, ATS), this resource will be key to bridging the gap until full implementation is realized and interfaces are built.

Key Responsibilities: (other duties as necessary) Serve as owner of all TA data (applicant data, hire data, sourcing channel data, etc.) to merge and create visually compelling dashboards, reports and stories on an ongoing basis.

Works directly with the Global Director of Talent Acquisition to understand data channels and sources, Works cross functionally within other HR departments to assist with data maintenance.

Provides support to regional TA Managers.

Creates and maintains process flows and databases that support TA and HR.

Maintenance and improvement of TA documents, job description database library.

Skills Needed: Excel, Tableau, Qlik SME.
