To prepare for this explosive growth, we are seeking a product and automotive expert to manage our dealer and user experience product group.DealerPolicy is disrupting insurance distribution.

We’re teaming up with top auto retailers across the country to deliver a unique point of sale, technology enabled insurance solution to car-buying customers.

Poised to expand rapidly, we are seeking a product manager with deep automotive retail expertise to take our product the next level.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwn the product strategy and execution for dealer and user products, ensuring meaningful value and quantifiable resultsCreate and maintain annual and quarterly roadmapsCollaborate with key stakeholders throughout DealerPolicy including Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Dealer Operations to ensure product launch and market adoption successDrive user engagement by delivering exceptional product features that motivate our dealer partners to utilize DealerPolicy on every car they sellExecute on the DealerPolicy vision of making auto insurance a standard part of the F& I processManageproduct performance by using customer research and quantitative data to create rigorous analyses that drive feature iterationsPerform competitive assessments to ensure DealerPolicy remains focused on being the leader in auto retail insurance distributionRequirements5+ years experience in product development in OEM’s, F& I agencies, or software providers; experience working in dealerships a plusDeep, detailed understanding of automotive dealers and dealer personnelExperience working in an agile environment and managing all aspects of the product lifecycleProcess and detail-oriented mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and strongly advocate for the needs of DealerPolicy’s customersIntimate understanding of motivational and persuasive design in both theory and practiceTrack record of execution turning ideas into tangle products used by customers that drive business resultsExceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; great storytellerExtraordinary organizational skillsDemonstrated customer-focused mindset and philosophy that actively engages users for input and puts them at the center of every design decisionStrong quantitative and process-based analytical skills and the ability to understand and model complex business environments to drive real results BenefitsDealerPolicy offers a comprehensive Benefits Package, which includesMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account with company matchFSA, Dependent Care FSA and Commuter pre-tax benefitPTO allowance and holidays401(k) plan with company matchWorking remotely
