This is a Full-time position in Raleigh, NC posted November 16, 2019.

SaSR (Set and Service Resources) is a nation-wide staffing company that leverages its proprietary staffing platform: Hireflex, and other applicable technology, to provide local retail and merchandising temporary and full-time to major national retail clients in all 50 states.

The primary responsibility of the Direct Hire and Contract Talent Leader is to support business operations by leveraging team resources and reporting/analytics to successfully support client services.

The Direct Hire and Contract Talent Leader leads, coaches, guides, advises, mentors, recruits, develops and manages both office and remote team members.

Essential Functions: Ensure execution of full lifecycle recruiting model for Contract Staffing, Direct Hire process for positions to be hired by the client, and management of team executing the process.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of multiple projects.

Manage Job and Project Prioritization and ensure collaboration with key stakeholders.

Create and enact staffing toolkit and tough market best practices to exceed company fill rate goal for Contract Staffing and Direct Hire.

Provide timely communication of Contract Staffing levels and status of Direct Hire open positions to all key stakeholders.

Ensure self and team focus on filling open jobs and supporting client expectations with maximum efficiency and high service level.Provide both tactical and strategic leadership to ensure successful execution of all Contract Staffing and Direct Hire requests and project-based initiatives.

Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, risks; develop and implement action plans to mitigate risk and drive results.

Evaluate KPIs and metrics regularly to ensure process efficacy and iterate for improvement.

Report metrics to stakeholders.

Manage and provide an escalation process for issues, concerns, and questions as needed.

Partner with stakeholders to create, implement and execute a project plan to meet expectations outlined by the client.

Communicate goals, and deadlines to the team as directed by stakeholders.

Monitor team performance, coach and ensure team engagement.

Motivate, mentor and provide career development to team members.

Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.

Ensure completion of required and needed training by all team members.

Validate policies, procedures, and standards are understood and followed by assigned team members.

Ability to work a variable schedule of at least 45 to 50 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Minimal travel may be required.

Competencies: Excellent communication skills Strong leadership skills and goal-orientation Self-starter and strong internal drive Change Agent  Required Education and ExperienceBS/BA degree in business administration or a related field preferred and / or equivalent job experience.

Direct Hire Recruiting experience preferred.

Previous experience as a manager or leader, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
