api_key: phwlt3ymmum1 Apply Now Job Title Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisiton Job ID(Requisition ID): 5014 Job Summary The Director, Global Head of Talent Acquisition will develop and execute a strategic approach to talent attraction and hiring across the globe in support of the organization’s mission.

This role will be responsible for enhancing global talent acquisition processes and integrating with broader talent strategies to lead a data driven and future-focused talent acquisition function.

Drives recruitment and employment brand strategies in support of the business while building partnerships with business leaders to promote talent and diversity initiatives.

The role serves as a key member on the Human Resources Leadership Team, contributing to building HR strategy and a high-performing company culture.

Occasional overnight travel required, domestic and international.

Essential Functions and Competencies
• Strong people management skills required, including ability to effectively develop staff, guiding teams through ramp-up high-volume recruiting environments, coaching employees to meet demanding project timelines, and utilizing metrics to drive and measure performance.

• Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans.

• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address all levels within the organization.

• Excellent business acumen, with very high levels of energy, drive and commitment
• Knowledge, experience and a history of success in managing functions and people from a distance.

• Strong intercultural awareness and sensibilities.

• Deep understand of global employment & immigration law as it pertains to hiring preferred.

• Korn Ferry Interview Architect certification preferred.

• Predictive Index Licensed Analyst certification preferred.

• Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday Qualifications / Education / Experience
• Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies ensuring the most appropriate sourcing, evaluation, and selection of the most qualified and diverse talent; build and maintain pools of qualified candidates for the organization’s various business units.

• Partners with business leaders to facilitate the recruitment process, develops and implements a talent pipeline strategy that ensures future talent needs are met and a continuous flow of candidates is established via relational recruitment tactics, proactive sourcing, establishing other companies as “talent targets.”
• Modernize and globalize the talent acquisition function to create and maintain consistencies and efficiencies across the globe in talent attraction and hiring practices.

• Designs and implements meaningful and effective diversity and branding initiatives; develops sourcing strategies to promote diversity in the workplace; ensures compliance with local country employment laws and U.S.

affirmative action plans.

• Creates and implements an effective workforce planning/labor forecasting process that enhances the department’s ability to meet both quality and timeliness hiring standards for our clients; analyzes recruiting needs and develop specific recruiting strategies to support internal customers including succession planning.

• Develops appropriate metrics and tracking mechanisms, service-level agreements and other planning and measurement tools to build accountability and measure results, impact and cost-effectiveness of the team.

• Implements and maintains best-in-class selection tools and processes across the organization; provide training to leadership on recruitment and selection processes.

• Manages the recruiting budget, contracts and financial requirements with strong oversight and accountability.

• Establishes and maintains a high-performance team of professionally trained and motivated staff through effective performance management and career-development activities; leads team to achieve talent metrics.

• Other duties as assigned.

10 years human resources experience required, with at least five years of staffing experience and three or more years managing a team of five or more recruiters in a large, complex, dispersed team environment with experience designing and implementing complex processes across multiple locations.

• Must have a proven track record in strategy formulation and execution, planning, implementation, measurement & analysis.

Experience in creatively sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organization also required.

• Proven success creating employment branding and value proposition strategies required.

• Experience with talent acquisition technology (e.g., web-based sourcing tools, social media campaign management tools, networking/referral technology) required.

• Experience implementing intentional Diversity and Inclusion strategies within Talent Acquisition.

• Prior experience building and delivering recruiting processes in manufacturing industry and/or a global organization preferred.

• Experience implementing and managing candidate management systems, applicant tracking systems, or other Human Resources software preferred.

• Experience successfully managing contingent workforce partners and various recruiting model partners preferred.

BA/BS in business, human resource management or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
