This is a Full-time position in Bowie, MD posted May 15, 2021.

Collaborates with leadership team to create a culture and core infrastructure which support sustained team member engagement efforts, ensuring reliable lines of communication with all team members.
Organizes and leads the recruitment, retention, and turnover functions for all team members.

Leads and oversees all aspects of the compensation and benefits program.

Manages all mandatory audit processes and employee reporting requirements, as per local, state, and federal regulations Oversees applicable training and development programs for all team members including Relias and supports Leadership Team in ensuring compliance.

Supervises all HR team members, providing guidance, training, coaching and oversight of all their duties.

Experience

Required

7-10 years: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in a leadership role in business or not-for-profit human resources or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in Diversity Training, Leadership Development and/or Team Member Engagement a plus.

Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws to include but not limited to ADA, ERISA, EEO, FLSA, FMLA, OSHA.
