Job SummaryCollaborates with organizational leaders to strategize, develop and execute targeted talent and organizational initiatives that will support the achievement of business objectives. Leads the design and delivery of practical solutions that are responsive to the needs of assigned business areas and facilitates the successful adoption of such initiatives. Promotes company-wide initiatives to support diversity inclusion and belonging. Creates a positive and engaging employee experience through leadership coaching and partnership. Serves as an expert consultant to management on human resources related issues while acting as an employee champion and a change agent.Job Description Talent Management: Works in partnership with HR colleagues and senior leaders to develop, implement and assess talent strategies to attract, build and retain a high performing, diverse, inclusive workforce. Identifies best practices and utilizes company tools, resources and programs in developing recommendations for, and implementing a variety of short and long term talent management initiatives including: talent assessment, workforce and succession planning, skill and competency development, leadership development. Creates talent dashboards and other reports to evaluate the success of talent efforts and drive accountability. Organizational Development: Works in partnership with OD and business leaders to identify, prioritize and build the organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes that enable achievement of business goals and initiatives. Reviews and identifies opportunities for efficiency through span and layer studies, compensation management, employee engagement and performance and productivity improvements. Consults with senior leaders on reorganizations and restructures involving job eliminations and severance, and coordinates impact discussions and timing with Employee Relations, and final communications with Corporate Communications. Evaluates and identifies barriers to change and applies the principles of change management to help staff and leaders adapt to and flourish. May deliver workshops, train managers, implement new policies or streamline work processes in order to achieve maximum impact and adoption of change. Business Partnership: Acts as a coach and consultant for the leaders of the organization and assists them in fulfilling their accountability as leaders, talent managers and change sponsors for their departments and teams. Support senior leaders with development and implementation of corporate diversity and inclusion strategies. Leverage data to provide value-add HR Solutions and business recommendations. Consult and coach project teams, Business Resource Groups or others who are tasked with achieving business growth, and transformation through targeted initiatives. Requirements EDUCATION: (Minimum educations & certifications required) Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience EXPERIENCE: (Years of experience) 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role SKILL REQUIREMENTS: (Include interpersonal skills) Strong understanding and experience with all HR disciplines, policies and regulatory complianceExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with, and influence leaders and staff at all levels of the organization and within matrixed organizational structures.Is well versed in best practices for employee engagement and organization developmentStrong background in designing and implementing organizational structure and change managementExperience in leading teams through times of significant change. Demonstrates an analytical and curious mindset, with the ability to identify root cause issues WORKING CONDITIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (include special requirements, e.g., lifting, travel, overtime) Fast paced, professional office environment handling multiple demands. Employee must be able to exercise appropriate judgment as necessary. Occasional local travel to other sites or vendor meetings.
