Job Overview

The Head Of Human Resources
– Anagram, is an integral member of the PCHI HR team and the strategic HR Business partner to Senior Leadership at Anagram.

The Head Of Human Resources is a key member of the Enterprise HR team and is responsible for aligning people practices at Anagram with the Enterprise HR practices and philosophy.

This role provides support and direction to the HRBP and Recruiting team onsite and collaborates closely with Corporate HR.

This role is onsite at the Anagram Facility located in Eden Prairie, MN and reports directly to the VP of HR PCHI located in Elmsford, NY.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide strategic insight and consultation to the SVP of Anagram Acts as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner.
Develop, influence, and implement enterprise HR programs to support the employee journey from induction through end of employment.
Partner with Leadership (Manufacturing, Distribution and Sales) to ensure HR practices are in place to support operating goals & KPI achievement.
Elevate and enable line Managers/Supervisors to build high performing teams, support managers with coaching on employee issues, organizational design, people related strategy and execution.
Develop the recruiting and staffing capability of the HR team to ensure staffing levels are maintained, especially during peak season.
Implement and elevate capability of the HR team in positive employee relation practices.
Lead, inspire and develop a direct report team to establish innovative and modern HR practices.
Serve as a strategic HR leader on the Enterprise HR team in the establishment, implementation and maintenance of various HR programs that support the employee journey across the enterprise.

Identify areas to improve and prioritize them in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsible for leading these programs from conception to completion.
Ensure Human Resources support is provided in an effective and timely manner with top client service and proactive delivery.
Skills Required:

· Experience leading an HR team and in an HRBP capacity.

· Proven ability to work strategically with senior leadership, listening and influencing outcomes to align people practices and operational goals.

· Proven ability to lead change and get results.

· Expertise in Talent Development, Talent Attraction and Succession Planning.

· Expertise in positive employee relation practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

· 7-10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting

· Experience leading an HR team or HR function.

· PHR preferred.

· Proven ability to develop strong strategic working relationships with leaders and act as a strategic partner on people related decisions.

· Strong abilities in root cause analysis and ideating and successfully implementing effective solutions.

· Skilled at focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, identifying next steps, and delegating effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.

· Thrive in a fast paced and changing environment while maintaining focus on delivering strategic objectives.

· Experience & high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to navigate through complex and difficult managerial situations.

· Capable of making independent decisions and deal with ambiguity.

FLSA Working conditions:

· Listening, speaking and ability to work in an office setting is required.

· This role requires the ability to walk through Manufacturing and Distribution Facilities.

· Domestic travel 20-30% of the time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00
– $150,000.00 per year
