EMPLOYBRIDGE SEARCH GROUP is currently recruiting for a Director of Human Resources in the Tracy CA area.

The Director of Human Resources will be both strategic and hands on providing full-cycle Human Resources support to our domestic team.

The Director of Human Resources will be a contributing partner with the Global Human Resource Department.

Executing people initiatives, providing excellent support to employees and managers, coaching leaders, and driving HR programs and process improvement.

Partner with key executive leaders and teams to develop and execute the HR strategies and activities that cultivate growth, innovation, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

This includes taking ownership for creating, building, and implementing programs, processes, and tools to help set up managers and employees for success.

Drive a company culture of passion, trust, accountability, and engagement through HR programs that support strong business results and employee engagement Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention Serve as a coach and advocate across all levels of the organization, lead issue resolution Own and implement our benefits and compensation, performance management, and employee/employer compliance programs Design and implement our learning and development programs from on-boarding to continuous education Identify trends to recommend proactive solutions for attracting and retaining the best talent Efficiently scale our HR team and process in a way that leverages self-service, automation, and technology in collaboration with HRIS.

Quantify and manage to a high standard of customer service.

Work closely in the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, D&I and HR Operation areas.

Eight plus years of progressive Human Resource or People Operations Leadership experience Participate and engage with executive stakeholders Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design and implement people strategy that drives business results Strong communicator with the ability to provide both strategic foresight and feedback Coach and mentor who relates well with others, listens effectively, and can build rapport with a diverse workforce, move from goal to outcome in a developmental way Strong legal HR compliance.

E-Commerce and manufacturing experience preferred Design and implementation of HR programs like benefits administration, employee relations, leadership development, job leveling, employee recognition and retention Experience with high growth start-ups and/or global operations a plus.
