Account Executive (Hunter role, PJM region) About Us :-We are an energy brokerage firm that has been in business for over 10 years in Canada.

We help our clients find energy solutions for their businesses with our large network of suppliers and knowledge of the energy industry.We are retail energy brokers and are looking to set up our US sales team.

Hence, having Retail Energy brokerage shop experience is a non-negotiable requirement.

Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas.

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal.

Manage the inbound leads from the Business Development Representatives and unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities :-Be assertive and explore all channels of communication with prospective clients, including but not limited to cold calling and physical/digital meetings.Must constantly seek to make recommendations to improve operational processes and related infrastructure.Wear lead generator and lead closer hats to provide WoW level service the existing and new accountsCollaborate effectively with team members across all departments with the processing of day-to-day activityThis role has a strong possibility of adding direct reports (for lead generation) to itself once the book of business becomes healthy.

Expected time – 1 year Qualification criteria :-3+ years of outbound B2B commercial energy sales experience (Power, Gas or Solar).Experience in PJM is requiredExperience in Retail Energy Brokerage shop is a requirement.Good time management and ability to mix multitasking and focus as required.Excellent attention to detail and results oriented individual.Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and collaborate with team members at all levels.Ability to work and remain calm under pressure.

Compensation – USD 50,000-60,000 per year + bonus + commissions as belowOn Target Earnings Year 1 USD 95,000 and aboveYear 2 USD 133,000 and aboveYear 3 USD 172,000 and aboveThere is no cap on commissions Benefits of working with DNE Resources !
