Job Description:.The Human Resource Manager Performance Management is an internal client-facing role that reports to the Director of Performance Management.

The Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of Firm-wide Performance Management, Mentoring and Partner Pipeline processes as well as Career Development and Employee Engagement initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement performance management programs and processes that support a culture of continuous feedback and enable Firm goals and growthEnsures leaders and Resource Managers receive reports summarizing feedback, colleague self-assessment and promotion readinessBuild and modify Performance & Career Coach (PCC) processes, tools and trainingLeverage PCCs to increase colleague retention and engagementConduct Firm-wide Performance Meetings; ensures logistics, communications, reports and meeting facilitation are on pointEnsure data integrity through sound data collection and analytics and provide direction to partnering analysts.Support firm wide Diversity and Inclusion strategyDrive employee experience and engagement activities globallyPlay a role in the preparation and facilitation of Partner Pipeline meetings and processesWork closely with Service Area and Operations Leaders to drive performance and development of Firm talentRaise awareness of performance programs through the Firm’s communication channels as well as through Partner and staff trainingMeasure and tracks outcomes of Performance Management programsConsult with and guide internal clients with all performance development programs and processes.

Demonstrates “hospitality” in all interactions.Basic qualifications for the opportunity Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field5+ years of Performance ManagementExperience in multiple Performance Management areas, including, Career Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, etc.Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Human Capital and performance management platformsAbility and willingness to travel to other offices within the firmIdeally, you’ll also haveMaster’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldExperience within a professional services organizationExperience with WorkdayAgencies need not apply.Preferred Location:New YorkFull time
