Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payrollsTriage and troubleshoot internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner and seeks supervisors guidance for non-routine inquiries.Support the team through accurate input of information and changes into the payroll system.Use software and company systems to audit and analyze reports.Plans, organizes and executes tasks and activities with urgency and in accordance with supervisors delegated assignments.

Minimum Education and Experience: Associates degree or higher strongly preferred3 years office experience with willingness to learn payrollMicrosoft Excel and Word a mustLarge company experience preferred (5,000 employees)Multiple state payroll processing experience preferredStrong communication skills and attention to detailADP/Workday experience strongly desiredAbout Aspen Dental Management, Inc.Aspen Dental-branded practices are supported by ADMI, a dental support organization that provides non-clinical business support to licensed, independent dentists.
