Job DescriptionAbout Centria Healthcare: Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Centria Healthcare is a leading provider of home-based catastrophic injury and rehabilitation care, private duty nursing, and supportive living services. Centria Healthcare Autism Services is the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across the state of Michigan, with services in other states. Position Overview: Attracts, sources and recruits qualified, high performing mid- and senior level talent to foster the growth and performance of Centria Healthcare. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. * Understand the Centria business model, organizational structure and roles within the company. * Along with the Talent Acquisition leadership team, assist in determining Centrias internal hiring needs to accommodate future growth. * Collaborate with hiring managers through intake calls and ongoing communication to develop a clear description of the hiring need and design a sourcing strategy to fill the need with speed and quality. * Attract and source passive candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, personal networks, and other social media avenues. * Demonstrate agility and a high degree of personal accountability through an ability to multi-task, prioritize, plan, and execute on recruiting plans. * Become a master of the ATS, Greenhouse, and a steward of the Centria recruiting process, adhering to process standards to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience * Represent Centria with pride by building relationships with managers and candidates. * Assess talent using a defined scorecard, either advancing or disqualifying candidates based on documented performance criteria * Confidently recommend candidates to hiring managers based on facts, experience-based opinions, and a strong understanding of what will make both the candidate and client successful * Build the Centria brand by credibly and enthusiastically selling job opportunities to potential candidates * Build pipelines of talent to reduce time to fill vacancy metrics * Recruit superb talent through job boards, social media, school sites, and various other platforms. * Make daily outbound calls for internal positions, ranging from administrative to executive level staff. * Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to determine candidate viability. * Track call results. * Send offer letters, negotiate salaries, and gather preliminary paperwork from candidates. * Attend job fairs on an as-needed basis. Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge: * Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. * Experience in a high pressure, customer facing role. * Proven track record in building positive relationships with clients through collaboration, expectation setting and proactive, ongoing communication. * Highly organized, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues. * Calm and effective under pressure. Able to remain professional in high stress situations. * Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work. * Superb written and verbal English communication skills are essential. * Able to interact with all levels of internal and external clients. * Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Flexible attitude in accepting unique and non-standard solutions. Working Conditions: Centrias office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am-6:00pm. Additional time may be required to complete above work or meet company objectives. Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching and lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting a majority of the day as well as walking as standing when needed. This role will require close visual activity on multiple computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
