Position Summary :Execute the overall diversity recruiting and development strategy for the company.

This role includes managing and implementing diversity talent sourcing (internally & externally), building recruiting programs, establishing and monitoring development plans for internal Team Members and building diversity awareness across internal and external channels to attract and retain greater diversity across the Company.About Us :Experience Required: 3 to 5 years.Experience Desired: Diversity recruiting experience, building development programs and increasing diverse hires and promotions across an entire organization as well as project management workEducation Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or CommunicationJob ResponsibilitiesManage and coach a team made up of a Diversity Recruiter, Internal Talent Scouts and additional roles who focus on diversity recruiting and development across all lines of business in the organization.Execute the established diversity recruiting and development plan and meet all goals set in the plan.

Generate new ideas to effectively improve recruiting diverse talent and promoting diverse talent in the organization.Generate and analyze reports daily/weekly to ensure all goals are being met relative to diversity recruiting and development.Identify and manage partnerships with diverse organizations, schools/universities, vendors, etc.Partner with Business Resource Groups to plan and execute diversity recruitment and development events and initiatives.Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Marketing team to leverage multiple channels and social media technology in diversity recruitment campaigns.Complete market research by utilizing the Gartner Talent Neuron tool and other sources to understand trends in the diversity space and understand where diverse talent pools existWrite individualized development plans designed to help Team Leaders and Team Members achieve their career aspirations.

Ensure that these plans reflect the key principles of adult learning and encompass a variety of both on-the-job experiences and other applicable learning resources.Monitor the progress of active development action plans, consult with next level leaders regarding progress and make recommendations as to appropriate “next steps” including, but not limited to promotions, lateral moves, additional development activities or determining to end or redirect the plan.Research, recommend and evaluate “on-trend” learning resources that will assist black Team Members in achieving their career goals.
