Our Global Head of Recruiting and Retention will be responsible to hire our global workforce in sync with our capacity planning for each of our office locations.

We currently operate in the following countries: United StatesUkrainePhilippinesMexico The Global Head of Recruiting and Retention will coordinate with our current recruiters and HR Teams to build an AMAZING workforce.

You’ll react swiftly to changes in demand and develop reliable, predictable, and scalable channels for hiring exceptional candidates.

Core Functions Work as part of the executive team to develop capacity planning models to project and deliver on target hiring goals to meet our client demand.Hire and manage recruiting and retention teams in each international office location.

Develop and ensure compliance of global onboarding and training standards and objectives.

Build & Maintain programs that lead to professional development and retention of key personnel.Help develop the CIENCE employer brand globally and in each office.Travel to each of our offices regularly to ensure consistency of approach and continuity of efforts.

Requirements: Track record of meeting or exceeding all hiring goalsTrack record of rigorous, analytical work in HR, recruiting and remote team managementProven ability to effectively manage remote recruiting teams and hit targets in rapidly growing organizationAbility to learn quicklySolid understanding of business goals, P&Ls, people and organizationsStrong ethics and reliabilityTravel to international offices in constant rotation and priority based on office performance (65% Local Office/ 35% Travel or more depending on office performance) Prefer candidates with full spectrum recruiting and retention experience including recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention Hunter with growth mentality, to leave no stone unturned for efficient and results-oriented hiring in each location
