ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a forward thinking and talented Group Human Resources Director for our facilities in Sacramento, CA to be an integral part of the senior leadership team and play a key role in helping to build a dynamic employee culture where employees are engaged and find long-term career success.

Sierra Vista Hospital is a highly respected behavioral health facility and a compassionate center of support for adult and adolescent patients and their families.

Providing care since 1986, we offer complete and supportive mental health treatment by our highly trained staff.

Heritage Oaks Hospital is a freestanding acute psychiatric hospital dedicated to serving the needs of teens, adults, and senior adults and remains committed to our mission of healing through both our professional experience and, just as important, a shared sense of hope.

HOPE Center Behavioral Health is a new 16-bed facility specializing in short-stay inpatient care for adults.

The Group HR Director leads the delivery of workforce strategies and drives the effective implementation of key HR programs, policies, and practices for three locations in the Sacramento area.

In this role you will work in close contact with facility leaders to drive recruitment, employee relations, coaching, performance management, employee engagement, as well as all other functional HR areas.

The ideal candidate will not only be a strategic partner but bring solid HR practices in managing all functional areas of Human Resources and a solid understanding of the day-to day activities of the HR department.

Current SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.

Experience: A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in Human Resources and three (3) years’ experience as an HR Director.

A minimum of two years’ experience working in Human Resources within a healthcare setting highly preferred.
