Larson Company is the Midwest, Plains, and Mountain States leading wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVACR) equipment, parts, and supplies.

This position will require the individual to successfully learn and support components within the HR team, including customer service and administrative functions.

Responsibilities and Duties* Provides extraordinary Customer service in-person and on the phone.* Refresh Job Postings* Follow-up with applicants on status and next steps, document process* Coordinate phone and in-person interviews* Conduct initial phone screens* Proactively reach out to the applicants and walk them through the process; field incoming questions* Manage pre-employment paperwork and background checks* Completes projects as needed.* Other administrative duties as assigned.Qualification Requirements* Commitment to excellent service.
