To ensure the recruiting function locates and hires top talent in the industry by carefully matching the candidate’s skills and experience to the hiring manager’s needs.Main responsibilities include:Lead and develop comprehensive, targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via consistent branding and marketing, promoting performance culture, building university partnerships, selection and management of search firms, database mining, internal and external job boards, internal referrals, industry networking, professional communities, etc.Lead and project manage the launch of Success Factors ‘myHR’ recruiting and onboarding module via train-the-trainer and end-user training in 2019 (in following years, more time allocated to direct recruiting)Manage AMS team of recruiters to ensure consistency of standards and practices in all locationsConduct ongoing research to map out talent within different companies and markets for strategic pipeline planning and become expert user of Gartner TalentNeuron software.Support global recruitment function with workforce planning and diversity management initiativesManage recruitment life-cycle from search kick-off through to close and successful new hire on-boarding for candidates.Engage all stakeholders in continuous process improvement to strengthen talent pipeline and acquisitionAssist People Management (PM) with support for people strategy, including performance culture, performance dialogue, learning, talent management and development.In order to accomplish this, candidates must have:Minimum of BS degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business AdministrationMasters Degree preferrredAt least 5
– 10 years of relevant experienceLeadership, project mgmt., team building and talent development.Extensive experience in agency and in-house recruiting.Solid experience conducting in-depth competency and behavioral based interviews and evaluating candidate profiles.Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Qualified and interested candidates must submit a resume.Job SummaryRequisition Number: HEADO01936Job Category: Human ResourcesSchedule: Full-Time
