This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted January 24, 2022.

Hubbard Family Swim School is seeking a dedicated Hiring and Recruiting Manager to join our team!
The Hiring and Recruiting Manager coordinates implementation of recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and employee Communications.

The Hiring and Recruiting Manager reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate recruiting process, utilize career websites, & manage recruiting event logistics.
Pre-screen applicants over the phone, schedule interviews, determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants in person, analyze responses and determine if applicant continues the interview process.
Facilitate the hiring and on-boarding of new staff members including the communication of job offers.
Coordinate training schedules for new staff members, meet with new staff members to review HR policies and Handbook.
Work with General Managers to determine placement of new staff members, as well as staffing needs.
Work closely with COO to keep policy and HR procedure up to date.
Oversee administration of performance appraisals.
Represent the Hubbard Family Swim School and Camp Hubbard by communicating professionally at all times.
Provide a high level of customer service by way of personal attention, follow through and detail orientation.
Flexible with schedule, unquestionable integrity and ethics in discharging duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications :
Self Motivated and highly responsible.
Interviewing Experience.
Strong analytical, organizational and auditing skills.
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: High School Degree.

College Degree preferred or job experience equivalent.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.

Successful completion of background check and drug test.

Full time (30-40 hours).

Minimum of two year commitment.
Member schools are independently owned and operated.
