– Background working with Microsoft Outlook
– Demonstrated knowledge of Job Postings
– Onboarding experience
– Adeptness in Conduct Interviews
– Recruiting experience required
– Practical knowledge of Applicant Track System
– Phone Screens experience
– General familiarity with Applicant Screening
– Solid understanding of Full Cycle Recruiting
– Personnel Requisitions experience
– Microsoft Word experience highly preferred
– This role requires proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
– Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
– The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly detail oriented; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
– 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
– Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
