Good Morning-

We are in need of a HR Recruiter (indefinite
– onsite) in Mahwah.

Seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to support the Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the recruitment of positions.

The role requires demonstrated experience developing processes that ensure a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers, leadership and senior operational leaders in the development of diverse talent pipelines of qualified candidates.

Serving as the subject matter expert for hiring managers, duties include proactive sourcing through current partnerships and social media outlets, effective interviewing, resulting in high-quality pre-screened applicants, and exceptional attention to detail initiating and tracking the onboarding process.

He/she will remain engaged with candidates throughout the hiring process through the first day of employment and beyond, proactively supporting retention efforts.
