The Recruiting team is responsible for identifying and hiring top talent, building relationships with hiring managers and creating a positive candidate experience.

We are searching for an intern to support with various recruitment needs relating to interview scheduling, job postings and special HR projects.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent organization, communication and customer service skills and demonstrate an interest in talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 30-40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Main Objective: To assist Recruitment team with administrative support and learn the full lifecycle recruiting process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist Recruiting team with scheduling candidate phone interviews and onsite interviews.

Coordinate candidate travel arrangements for onsite interviews as needed.

Provide candidates with interview status updates.

Post requisitions to external job boards.

Review applications and pre-screen candidates by phone to identify individuals who best meet eligibility requirements.

Assist the Recruiting team with job fairs and other recruiting related events as needed.

This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

Education and Experience: Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications or Human Resources.

(Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.) Experience in HR or customer service preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel.

Fax; Scanner.
