Job Details for Human Resource Associate:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday 7AM – 4PM OR 9AM – 6PM – working on weekends ( half day) OT eligible
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 an hour
  • TEMP position for 3-6 months

Job Responsibilities & Description for Human Resource Associate:

  • Working directly with new hires
  • Use applicant track system ( I-SIMS )
  • Providing orientation for new hires
  • Assistant with onboading of new hires
  • Writing offer letters to new hires
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Prescreening clients

Job Requirements for Human Resource Associate:

  • Prefer Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of HR experience is preferred, but need to have some HR experience
  • Plant HR experience is a bonus
  • Must be okay with working in a plant
  • Direct exposure to people
