Human Resource Associate The Human Resource Associate works in close partnership with the HR Leader and HR Generalist to manage, execute, and champion company initiatives around Talent and Culture.

This role will have exposure to all facets of the HR function and is able to provide meaningful impact to our employees’ work lives.

Essential functions and job duties: Provide daily Human Resources support in service of the business: On-Demand HR Support to Watson employees to answer questions on Watson policies, benefits, community resources, etc.Benefits administration – act as expert on Watson’s benefits to provide information for employees and conduct healthcare enrollments.Assist and advise managers surrounding all people related issues.Act as champion and expert on Watson Team Handbook and company polices Recruiting and onboarding: Recruiting – working in partnership with the HR Leader and Hiring Managers to ensure fully vetted and qualified candidates are interviewed while being responsible for positive candidate experience.Onboarding – Ensure positive candidate experience when hiring with proper onboarding.

Initiate new ideas to promote engagement with new team members.

Support Hiring Manager in training plan and team immersion.

Project ownership and follow-through: Maintain employee records via online HRIS (Paycom) system and internal processes/reportingComplete company reporting and compliance (ex: EEO-1, VETS-4212, AAP, etc.)Establish and maintain metrics related to the HR function Experience:2 or 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business, or another related field2+ years of professional experience required (manufacturing business experience a plus)Demonstrated ability to leverage confidence, reasoning and problem solving to accomplish resultsExcellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels and build effective partnershipsProven ability to make fast decisions, independently, and with sound judgment Submit applications to under the Current Positions link. Applications will only be processed through our website.
