Human Resource Generalist

This is a Contract position in Wendell, NC posted October 20, 2020.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to the Payroll Manager on bi-weekly payroll processes, ensuring SOX compliance, audits are complete and data is accurate. (This position is a 100% back-up for the payroll processing function.)

Provide assistance to the HR Manager on employment processes including: onboarding and coordination with hiring management.

Responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient running of the Human Resources functions including: onboarding, benefits, HRIS, payroll, AAP/EEO, employee activities, etc.

Ensure the timely completion and accuracy of required monthly HR and Payroll reports and works on special projects as assigned.

Support benefit programs administration.

Provide administrative and/or professional support to the HR Team as requested.

Provide HR assistance to the all divisions and local management as needed.

Administer company policies and procedures and complies with all state and federal laws including ADA, AAP, FMLA, EEO and OSHA requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

HR Certification preferred

3-5 years Human Resources experience

At least 1 year of Payroll experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office
