Backer Hotwatt, Inc.

We are currently seeing a self-motivated, team player to fulfill the HR Administrator role.

In the position, you will:
Create weekly, monthly, quarterly and year end reports as needed.
Respond to employee inquiries on HR related matters.
Review invoices from insurance providers for accuracy.
Process benefit enrollments and terminations.
Conduct new hire orientation.
Coordinate/schedule employee service awards.
Assist with the preparation of the annual AAP.
This position has growth opportunity.


Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Strong attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting strict deadlines.
Very good oral and written communication skills.
The proven ability to handle a high level of confidentiality
Payroll experience a plus.
