the roleHR Administrator will play an integral role in assisting with the delivery of various HR initiatives across the organisation whilst ensuring that our end to end employee experience is a positive one!

This role will be responsible for supporting line managers with all HR admin, end to end onboarding , ensuring business compliance requirements are met and assisting with all inbound HR enquiries across the business. Initially a 6 month engagement, with a view to extend.

include (but not limited to):Assist with legal compliance on a federal and state level by reviewing company policies and processes, and ensuring that all documentation is relevant and up to dateProvide accurate and relevant administrative assistance to employees and managers for HR related enquiries and processesManage the employee onboarding process including recruitment, paperwork, relevant compliance checks and inductionDistribute all employment paperwork including: contracts, change of title/salary letters etcTroubleshoot and resolve issues (as requested) with contracts of employment and amendments with payrollEnsure all employee data integrity across all systems, for example GustoSupport line managers with the recruitment process by advertising, shortlisting and phone screening prospective candidatesAssist in the preparation of monthly reporting as requiredAssist with the administration of various training, health and well-being programs, performance cycle/salary reviews and another ad hoc admin tasksKnow our policies inside out and provide first line HR adviceBe a passionate brand advocate and employee championCoordinate internal eventsPreferred qualifications and experience:Completion of (or in progress) a formal HR qualificationA minimum of 3 years experience in the HR spaceExtensive exposure to employment compliance across the USExperience in a fast paced environmentHigh level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to prioritise and manage competing demandsIndustry relevant experienceHow to applyPointsBet is dedicated to a culture of high performance and ensuring our staff are set up to deliver their best.
